The engineering staff with Performance Engineering provided structural engineering design services for this Mixed-Use Apartments project.
• Mixed-use office and residential building with approximately 141,000 square feet over five levels.
• A portion of the residential building extends over an existing parking garage that remained as a parking garage.
• The residential units included exterior balconies of varying sizes.
• The first-floor podium was framed with a combination of structural steel composite beams and precast concrete columns. The project also included significant framing modifications to an existing adjacent warehouse building to convert it into an additional parking garage.
