Structural engineers with Performance Engineering provided structural engineering design on the Heritage Pointe Assisted Living project in Omaha. The project
included a two-story 100,000-square foot assisted living facility and a 13,000-square foot single-story building for memory care. The structural system consists of a
combination of structural steel and wood framing supported on conventional spread footings.
