Structural engineers with Performance Engineering provided structural design services for the Norm Waitt Sr. YMCA in South Sioux City, Nebraska. The project consisted of a single-story steel frame and masonry structure totaling approximately 67,000 square feet. The building is a major recreational facility for the area and includes a zero depth entry pool with water park, a competitive eight lane pool, two gymnasiums, racquetball courts, weight training and exercise room, administrative offices, and locker rooms.
