Engineers with Performance Engineering were retained to provide structural design services for the new Kiewit Training and Innovation Building. This facility will be used for Corporate training, innovation, and education facility for Kiewit Corporation. Two-story, 63,000 square foot building with a large auditorium, large classrooms, collaborative training areas, and cafeteria. Ornamental main entrance stair, includes main entrance elevation with large roof overhang and 2-story curtain wall system. Rammed-aggregate piers for foundations and steel-framed composite floors and steel braced frames. The roof includes a large mechanical penthouse.
