Engineers with Performance Engineering were retained to provide structural design services for the new Nebraska Realty Office Building. The project consisted of 45,000 square foot 3-story office building with ornamental Entrance Stairs and Entrance Atrium with partial basement for storage and mechanical. Exterior planter walls incorporated as part of foundation system
steel sraced frames, steel-frame composite floor system to provide longer span and open floors.
