Structural Engineering services for:

• The area includes residential, retail, offices, parking structure, and a multi-screen movie theatre complex.
• As part of the development, Stinson Park provides trails, a dancing water feature, a 100 foot tall spire/tower and a covered bandshell for outdoor concerts and performances.
• Project includes numerous retaining walls, seat walls, and sign walls throughout the project.
• The park’s tower consists of a structural steel braced frame tower with precast concrete panels suspended on the structure. The glass pyramid located at the top of the tower, as well as the square containments supported off the precast panels, house internal lighting systems to illuminate the structure at night.
